Pina is a dedicated hairdresser with 16 years of experience in the industry. Growing up surrounded by the world of beauty, Pina developed a deep passion for hair and the art of transformation. With a license earned in 2009, Pina has honed her skills across a wide range of services, including cuts, styles, and color for men, women, and children. As the manager of All In One Hair Salon, she takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where every client feels comfortable and valued. Whether it’s a classic cut, a trendy style, or a bold new color, Pina ensures each service is tailored to fit the unique needs of every client. Tara Nugent

Tara is a dedicated and passionate hairdresser with 32 years of experience in the industry. From a young age, she knew that she wanted to do hair, often practicing on herself and her friends. Tara’s true joy comes from making people feel good about themselves and enhancing their natural beauty. She specializes in all aspects of haircare, including cuts, updos, colors, highlights, and balayage, working with men, women, children, and teens. Tara’s approach is personal and warm—when a client sits in her chair, she makes sure they feel comfortable, offering a drink and taking the time to discuss their hair goals and everyday routines. She strives to create a look that aligns with her clients' vision and helps them feel their best. As a team player in the salon, Tara loves getting to know her clients and enjoys the daily interactions with people from all walks of life. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques, Tara continues to take classes to enhance her skills, always focusing on creating styles that complement each client’s unique face shape and overall appearance. Maria has been a licensed hairstylist for 44 years and has a true passion for the craft. Growing up, she was always surrounded by hair, as her grandfather was a barber, so it feels like it’s in her blood. Specializing in women’s, men’s, and children’s scissor haircuts and color, Maria loves to create the perfect look for each of her clients. She takes pride in greeting everyone with a warm smile, engaging in friendly conversation about their hair, and offering them a coffee or tea to make them feel at home. Though she works with a team, Maria focuses on her clients with a personal touch. It’s important to her that clients leave the salon feeling happy and confident. Always eager to improve her craft, Maria regularly attends haircutting classes and seeks out experienced stylists to learn new techniques in color and cuts. She’s committed to helping her clients style their hair at home and always asks how they enjoy wearing their hair. Above all, Maria believes in honesty and strives to do her very best for each person who sits in her chair.
